Student aided design has come up with much more than just a school backpack
The North Face Vault Backpack has been updated, to include double handles, is self-standing and has a slimmer profile, a benefit in crowded places
Wearability is aided with the ultra-comfortable FlexVent™ suspension system with flexible moulded shoulder straps, a padded back section and a breathable lumbar panel
Internally, there is provision for a couple of books, a laptop in a protective sleeve, zipped storage and space for pens and pencils
Externally, there are two external mesh pockets for water bottles
This would make a good cycling backpack too, being made extra secure with an adjustable strap to link the shoulder straps together and there are strategically placed reflectors and loops that could be used to attach bike lights
